We advised on the evolution of enabling development to secure the future of this eccentric Victorian house, long reduced to a shell. Paul Drury acted as an expert witness at the public inquiry following call-in; consent was granted.

Manor Farm Barn, Frindsbury, Kent, Church Commissioners

We produced a Conservation Plan to inform the development of proposals for the restoration and reuse of the building, a grade I listed timber framed threshing barn, built in 1403 and severely damaged by fire in January 2003.

Swaylands, Honeygrove Properties

We provided a detailed analysis of the evolution and significance of this vast Victorian house and its estate, as a contribution to an enabling development proposal, subsequently approved.
